If you are looking for a machine quote, please include the below die specs, as all dies are priced separately. This will insure the most accurate quote.

REQUESTING A QUOTE FOR A DIE?

If you are looking for a quote for one of our pie press dies, please include the following information so that we might provide you the most accurate quoting, along with a photo of your pan.

You can also send in your pan. With all pie production, we require 10 foil pans or 2 hard pans to ensure accuracy in the pie productions as well as testing.

1) List the Press Model the die is needed for
2) Provide Pan Top Out, Flange Width, Pan Depth and
     Drift Angle (if available)
3) Type of pan material
4) Is this a top or bottom crust?
5) If a top-crust is the diameter to be larger than the
    Top Out to accommodate product doming?
6) If a cookie or pizza crust, does the die need to accommodate
     non-circular shapes?
7) Edge style desired — rimless, plain, spider, gear, or spoke?
8) If under 6" in diameter, is a single or double die desired?
9)  A brief description of your process and dough type (wet, crumble
     gluten-free) so that we  can provide you the best solution.
